Kirsten Kounovsky joined Padgett Business Services in February 2025 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing with her 20 years of paralegal experience and a strong background in organization and client support. A graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies Cum Laude. Originally from Wadena, Minnesota, Kirsten now considers Fargo home, where she lives with her husband of 35 years, Brian. She is the proud mom of two grown daughters and their husbands, and loves being “Nana Kiki” to her two granddaughters. In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys traveling with family and friends, relaxing at the lake cabin, and soaking up every moment with her granddaughters.
