Becky started with Padgett in 2016 as an intern, but her talent and determination led her to a promotion to accountant after one week. Today, she proudly serves as co-owner of the Fargo, ND office, where her extensive background in management has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth. Known for its vibrant, family-oriented atmosphere, Padgett is dedicated to supporting families with their business needs and tax returns. Outside of work, Becky treasures her time with her husband, their dogs, and her grandchildren, always finding joy in both family adventures and professional accomplishments.
